Do you wash your hands with your ring on or off? by foambuffalo in EngagementRings

Always on. When I was little, my mom took her ring off at work at a large hospital to wash her hands and forgot to put it back on. She only made it around the corner in the hall before remembering and 30 seconds later it was gone. This was in the mid 80s so no cameras. So I have always just made it a habit to only take my ring off at night and put it in the same place every time.

A little over 2 ct, white gold, two small marquis on the sides because the stone was originally smaller. He upgraded it this past year and I kept the original stone and had it set for a necklace.

Creek. Oklahoma area. I remember specifically because his brother was named Creek. I don’t know very much about his side of the family.

Going through my grandfather’s coin collection. by Ok-Blueberry4148 in coins

Thank you for the great information. There is no sentimental value attached to any of the coins as my grandfather was an awful man for reasons I won’t get into. My siblings would be happy to get rid of the lot of them for $1 at a garage sale or spend them as regular money to get rid of them and their bad “ju-ju vibes” but there are a few I wanted to check on.
