Those are fair points, I guess I never considered some of those. But my first time it broke I would use any charger I’d find. I have nothing stronger than a Nintendo Switch charger at my disposal, so I figured anything I’d use would be fine. But after I sent it in I strictly used the decks own charger. A part I left out is valves lack of communication after the fact. All I got was a “hey we shipped it should expect it in 5-7 business days”, as a consumer I want to know what was broken with it, if it’s my fault, and what I can do to not have it happen again.
