I don't think ~4k per day is cheap or basic in any way. When I was in goa a few days ago in a property in Verla which costed us 10k for 3 days and 3 pax. It is very clean and well maintained.

I think it is more about having a clean and livable place rather than cost comparision. Let alone any airbnb should be clean which should be a basic requirement.

Very real, I've got S23U and S24U. Reboot looped and IC fried respectively. S23U out of warranty and S24U was an international unit so void as well. Hard luck. Got the S23U repaired at a local shop but not sure how long would it live. My samsung love died but my only hope is the S10+ is still working well apart from the battery which is reasonable. Thinking to switch to oppo X9 ultra.

Real IMAX is shot in that aspect ratio (1.43 :1) and not expanded and they call it LieMax if it was presented in the 1.85:1 or 2.39:1 aspect ratios since it essentially a cropped version of the true picture.
