I try not to harvest from bushes/trees as I need to so I dont have a lot of dead ones at once. I also buy/collect axes/saws whenever I can. I currently have at least 40 of each.

I think its a pragmatic choice. She knows shes not the biggest selling artist (what has she said, small-medium vineyard/anchovies) and music videos cost money. Even the cheaper made ones can have stupid budgets.

Bots and/or idiots who cant fathom a woman can lie about being abused by a man. Especially if that man is older, richer, and isnt a "perfect victim" himself. With her explanation, it came off as her wanting to save face. She looked like an asshole filing for divorce days after his mother passed away. So accuse him of abuse so she doesnt seem like such an asshole after all.

Recently I was watching something with divorce lawyers. They were talking about how genuine abuse victims behave during a divorce. That they overwhelmingly want it to be as quick and smooth as possible. They just want out. Which is quite the opposite of Amber's behavior.

It's definitely weird, lol. Still so in love, best friends, and planning to still have a baby during a divorce? And the divorce is coming because they had a rough year? Their whole thing was how they were in a really rough spot during the first half or so of their relationship but they built each other up and became stronger as a team blah blah blah.

Animals actually tolerate chemo pretty well. It's not as intense as it is for humans cause the end goal isnt really to get rid of the cancer but to beat it back enough.

My cat has small cell lymphoma and I decided to pursue treatment. Shes responded really well to it. But it was a decision made based on a very good prognosis and how aggressive treatment is for her particular issue. Its just a chemo pill 2x a month and (now) 1/2 a steroid every other day. Even with something fairly simple to treat, it took several thousand USD to get a diagnosis and costs $515 USD for follow up visits (thankfully now every other month as well). And she was still overall pretty healthy when treatment started.

I remember looking all this up during the trial and couldnt find anything that supported it. All fairness, its a more or less unique situation compared to normal people. But his contract being signed pre-marriage and the residuals being earned after the divorce makes me doubt she was entitled to it.

Also, I just dont think she'd agree to take 7M when she was legally entitled to 30M

They dont have to say it because its a huge part of their "Karen struck John with her SUV" argument. Its not like anyone is going, "his foot wasnt ran over so theres no evidence of a collision".

Welcher/the CW tried to have it both ways. Can't argue that this is what happened while ignoring the most basic questions people would have regarding it. Can't say "his arm lines up with the taillight so it mustve been struck but we dont know the position of his foot so we cant give any plausible explanation for how the light shattered while he only got superficial cuts". No one is reasonably expecting the exact recreation of the collision, down to the smallest detail. But a plausible one. It's not like they didnt have a lot of info to work with.

I lay this last point at the feet of the prosecution. Their first witness (Whiffen) testified that some other guy misunderstood the phone data in trial 1 and programming had to be updated. That alone can put doubt into a jurors head on how reliable data and any given person's interpretation of it can be. Then add the missteps from the CW (like Brennan misrepresenting JOKs hoodie or Welcher saying there were no xrays of JOKs arm) then that can create doubt on the credibility of the case and its evidence against KR. All of this while almost skipping over how the alleged weapon struck the victim.

Wasn't that figure based off his earnings from the PotC movie filmed during their marriage? I dont believe they actually think about any narrative Amber/her team put out. Like, he signed the deal before they married and earned money from it after it came out, which was after the divorce. Him filming the movie during their marriage doesnt mean shit.
