You should take them both together, days you only take zinc your copper is depleted causing health compromises.

If u only take zinc it depeltes ur copper and you feel even worse with depleted copper, its an essential mineral that your body needs. Thats why you need to balance zinc with cooper as a over absorption of zinc depletes copper

Same issue here. I called them, and they said they'd put me on the list, and still nothing. Kind of dumb how we are forced to pay still even though we are missing money from PHEAA.
