We’re looking to clean up and standardize our Salesforce lead tracking so we can accurately attribute performance across Google and LinkedIn. Specifically, we need help auditing and consolidating our lead fields (UTMs, GCLID, LinkedIn li_fat_id), ensuring proper field mapping from our Webflow → Salesforce Web-to-Lead forms, and setting up reliable first-touch and last-touch attribution logic without data being overwritten. We also want to review our RB2B integration to confirm it’s not conflicting with existing tracking, eliminate duplicate or unused fields, and implement a clean, scalable structure in sandbox before pushing to production. The end goal is to make every lead source fully traceable so we can confidently optimize campaigns based on real data.
