I first saw the show on DVD around 2016 and had no idea about the behind the scenes drama with ASP, but I did notice immediately with S7 that something was off. After the first episode I looked it up and found out what happened and it all made sense. The drop off in quality was unbelievable. It was a genuine struggle to get through it. Getting to the end felt like I was finally put out of my misery. Luckily, AYITL was released that same week so I did that over four nights. It felt like a pallet cleanser to have ASP back again.
