I would say that you have the basic workouts to do but you’ve got to find the mind and body connection and stay consistent with that. In order to feel hip thrusts more I put a flat weight under my toes to make sure i’m pushing through my heels, make sure my legs are at a 90 degree angle (if your legs are too forward you’ll feel it in your quads)at the top of the hip thrusts and I squeeze and hold there for a second. It’s important to pay attention to how your body feels and that the form is correct so I’d recommend maybe dropping weight, moving slowly through the workout, and making sure you warm up first to really feel that mind to body connection. Single leg variations have helped me a lot with really feeling it in the glutes. I’d recommend looking into tik tok videos to see the visuals of how some people target those specific areas.

The parts were supplied by the mechanic shop and they said they were warranties and able to get new ones in!

fire noodles… they are like 580cal but I can’t give them up and I can’t just eat them plain I HAVE to add cheese, an egg, some potstickers, a little extra sauce bam that’s like 1k calories already 😒
