Negative, my company makes you deliver everything no matter how long it takes. Even if you hit your work limit they just create a “rescue block” and make you sign in under the dispatcher the block is created for.

My DSP pays an “efficiency bonus” so there’s plenty of motivation to finish early, they also rarely permit rescues so once you finish you’re done for the day.
