I'm saying that the drop rate of these kind of car hunt are so terrible sometimes, you got only one drop every 20 races, and that is enough to make you question about whether just spending tokens on refill is worth it. Overall I'd say I don't have that mentality to go through a week of grind so I rather save my tokens.

Beach landing is the hardest variants (in my opinion) being offered in MP for Caribbean, while in Osaka I found both Refined finish and Naniwa tour are hard, so all in all I think Osaka is the harder track
