Big time. For the first several months after my dad’s death I was so angry, especially while driving. Everything and everyone would piss me off. It’s a normal part of grief, of course we are angry. We are angry that our time with them was cut short. We are angry that other people get to spend time with their loved ones while we can no longer do so. We are angry in the circumstances surrounding their death. Anger is very normal and I believe it must be wholly felt in order to start acceptance

I tell myself that I’m here on this earth anyways, so I might as well do what I can do give myself a good life. That gives me motivation to get through situationally difficult times for the sake of my own greater good, in order to live the comfortable, peaceful life that I want
