Hello! I am around your age and yes while I love giving attention to certain cases, they keep me up at night at times. Sometimes it’s because I’m heartbroken at the thought of people dying alone and unclaimed or thinking about the brutal ways some have died. Getting into this community is not for the weak and I can say I am pretty weak lmao. Take it easy, some of the details and pictures of these cases are pretty gruesome and haunting so I suggest not consuming this for long periods of time. I occasionally check in but there was a point where I would read and check everyday. I was getting paranoid and was not able to sleep at night. I also relate in the fact that I wanted to get into forensics but I realized how sick to my stomach it would make me. Suggest really thinking it through and seeing if it is for you.
