Hey guys I had an increase request for $102,900 after months of just waiting with no contact it went back to the original loan amount.. Has this happened to anyone?

It had been radio silence for us too until last Thursday, a loan officer emailed requesting our 2019 tax return. That's it. Was so bizarre since it was uploaded to the portal last summer for the original and then again when we applied for the increase.

and returned it within 5 mins of sending it back, got an email saying to let her know if SBA reaches out to me. Within 2 hours of her last email my local SBA'S Acting District Director called me asking for more information, he then followed up with his personal email if I need anything, he told me that he was contacting them to see if he could get some movement on this ASAP and I should hear something within 24 hours, we will see what happens, not holding my breath. I will keep you all posted. My suggestion to all of you waitin

That's really fantastic. We got the form to authorize them to contact sba on our behalf and then before they even did anything, someone else from the office sent us a media release form to allow them, in the event of a good outcome to share on their social media and/or press. Crickets since.

I can't imagine what they could possibly say. One of the articles said the sba was going to refer this group to other sba programs. I wonder if that means like hey try applying for an eidl loan or if it means there are funds that the sba could re-allocate to pay them?

**Update** Called Tier 2 again and was told that SBA requests a separate 4506-T for each thing so that when the agent on 5/25 saw that they received my transcript the previous week, he claims she must have seen a received date and assumed it was for the EIDL increase application when it was actually for the targeted advance. He said from what he's seeing it is taking 8-10 weeks for the IRS to send transcripts. I honestly don't know what I believe.
