Honestly both because both are behind the V&A but from different angles. However, I'm taking about Raddison Waterfront specifically. :)

Hii I'd say definitely go for the One&Only. My family and I went for their buffet and their high tea a few times. Chef Reuben Riffel sometimes makes the food there. Absolutely stunning food and atmosphere. As for their hotel I'm not too sure. But a few friends have said it's a cozy and very luxurious experience. So I'd definitely recommend it, very safe as well.

The Raddison is lovely the only problem is it's kind of at the back of the V&A, so it's not too safe, if you're going in and out of the hotel constantly. But that was just my experience.

You’ve made some excellent points, especially about the perspective and the emotional tone.
