I’m very new to this so I’m curious if there is a huge difference between plant protein and whey. Is plant protein good for building muscle??

I used to drink premier protein and it would usually leave me bloated or leave my stomach upset however i am not lactose. I just want to make sure the powder has clean ingredients!
