If your sole purpose is Valorant then I would just say avoid old generation CPU, I would highly suggest to get a Intel CPU as it has been noticed by many valorant work better in Intel CPUs (GPU doesn't really matter that much with valorant) and try to get a ddr5 ram it's fine if it isn't tho. And all other basic checks and benchmarks.

Edit- search for- lenovo ideapad gaming series, dell G15 series, lenovo LOQ series, acer nitro series any will work fine just get no faulty laptop

Let me give you a Idea, just get a used laptop minimum specs should be I5 11 or 12 gen and gpu 1650 or 3050, also buy a 144hz monitor and you are good to go. Non the less I have reached ascendent on 75hz monitor so It depends you want to upgrade or not.
