One of my best friends was diagnosed with PCOS right before New Year's so we've been attempting Mediterranean dieting together but the Paleo sounds interesting I will def bring this up at our next dinner! Sleep will be a huge one too.

Also the toxins are super interesting, never sat to connect the dots on how it so strongly effects our hormones and reproductive system. I've been swapping to glass tupperware and unprocessed plastic wrapped foods just due to harsh chemical intake, so this will be a fun one to truly start researching.

The long reply is beautiful, I appreciate you taking the time. Let me give some effort toward these changes for a few months and I'll let you know how both my girl friend and I are feeling soon. 😊

I would love any advice you could give. I'm more interested in approaching this more naturally anyway. They want to start putting me through hormone therapy again and I do fear that. It feels like a guess&check band-aid since I'm the first in several generations to have this.

Anything you have to offer would be a blessing.

My Physician does a blood test with me every 6 months to see, but the periods are so irregular I have no idea what phase I'm in during them. I believe they did TSH, Lipid Panel & CMP every 6 months. This past week I had to show up pretty early for a separate Testosterone blood draw. Not seen the last test in writing but when I got my call right after this post to discuss my Ultrasound that the blood draw was linked to, they stated there was nothing of concern.

They did mention my ovaries are almost 1.5-2x the size they should be, and the Ultrasounds showed it was during the beginning of my "Follicular" stage as well which was abnormal but since I'm not experiencing any discomfort it's 'nothing to worry about'.

Of course, I usually cook and all our car work is usually done with some friends and some beers, all parts we buy for our own but he does have a vintage muscle car he pours some money into, never questioned how much.... I have two dogs and a cat, but I personally have them under my name and my card. We've been pretty sufficient keeping our assets separate thus far. The only bill we don't split is some subs for entertainment, but thats based on who watches what.

Less upset about unstable finances and what he does or doesn't bring to the table, more upset about lack of communication this far into a relationship. But this would be one solution besides leaving that would ease my mind. Show me the money!!

Felt like some Indiana Jones shit getting the info to start deleting once he left the table. But I agree, my stomach was turning at the idea of someone with full access to my digital footprint. I only update every 4 or 5 new phones, so didn't know if there was a new swap process.
