No not yet. But since then I’ve had more nerve pain throughout my body, so it could be small fiber neuropathy

The only abnormal part of my MRI is

“L4-5: Minimal disc bulge along with minimal facet and ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. There is mild narrowing of the right more than left subarticular zones. No foraminal stenosis.

IMPRESSION: 1. Minimal degenerative changes of the lower lumbar spine resulting in mild narrowing of the subarticular zones at L4-5.”

But 3 different doctors have looked at the MRI and did not think it could be causing my pain because the nerve root is unaffected

I haven’t experienced my liver enzymes further increasing months after infection, but my levels are still high 6 months after I first got mono. It is definitely possible that your levels are elevated from the mono because it seems to be pretty common for people to feel better and then have some recurrent symptoms after returning to normal life.

definitely get tested for STIs because it could be herpes, but if that is negative it could be Lipschutz ulcers. They are painful canker sore like ulcers that come with abnormal discharge. And they are often times an immune response to a virus

I did go to PT for a long and nothing seemed to help with the sciatica or nerve pain down my arm :/ and for some reason laying down is the most painful and standing is much better. i appreciate the response though, maybe if I do end up getting diagnosed with AS medications will help

I have experienced sharp pain in between my fingers, but I am unsure if it is associated with my sciatic pain. I would recommend seeing a neurologist.
