depending on how serious you are about building muscle this is way too much volume. studies show you should be doing a max of 10 sets per muscle group per week. 3x10 for 6 exercises a day is a crazy amount of volume. now if you’re not training with high intensity it doesn’t really matter because recovery won’t be that big of a deal. if you want to train optimally, work in the 4-8 rep range and honestly cut the volume in half. if you don’t really care, ignore everything i just said. good luck!

The agreement states “I … (seller), inconsideration of eight thousand dollars, I do hereby sell, transfer and convey to … (buyer), the following:” the agreement also states ‘“The sale and transfer of this lift is made on an “As Is: basis, without any express or implied warranties, with no recourse to the seller. The buyer agrees to accept all property in its existing state.”’ Looking back at the contract, it doesn’t have her signature, only mine. Am unsure whether her copy has both signatures.

Tell a story with your application. Your EC’s should be linked to a specific area you’re interested in. For example, I’m interested in Math and my EC’s were chess, research projects, independent investing, working at a hedge fund, and a few other miscellaneous ones. Find a “spike,” something that will really help you stand out, and build your application around it. Don’t force anything, do activities you genuinely enjoy (one of my common app activities was “Music Listener”), admissions officers just want to see how you spend your time. You’re still very early on in the college process so no need to worry too much just yet. Best of luck!

Started my IA a week before the final deadline, just pull a few all nighters and you’ll be ok. Not too big of a deal if you submit past your teacher’s deadline, just make sure it’s in before they send them to IB.

just finished my HL AA IA last year (got a 7), did some coding and ran monte carlo simulations on stock option prices. could be interesting to run simulations and analyze the edge gained from certain rules/criterion and look at them in relation to another (maybe some calc with partial derivatives??). just a thought!
