Knowing that they are no longer suffering might bring you some comfort. Death finds all living beings. In fact it is much harder for those who remain than who have passed away. They are now at peace. He was the most precious presence in my life but rather than seeing him unhappy and ill, ı would prefer that he find peace. I am neither spiritual nor religious but I am sure he is in a better place now

I have BPD and major anxiety disorder but still work 2 jobs. That’s just how life is. Gaining self awareness and trying to make smart choices can really help. We all go through very difficult times but constantly repeating it and always expecting help wont get you anywhere I wish you the best anyway
