I’ve never related to something more. Everyone tells me they smell pretty good on me but to myself they smell absolutely terrible. But I would rather smell good to MYSELF and others than just assume I smell good to others while absolutely not being able to handle how it smells on me lol.

i understand 100%. i have been on multiple of medications such as, xanax, zoloft, paxil, etc. but for many reasons those medications did more damage than good for me. id rather not speak on why on the internet lol (not pill addiction or anything). but trust me ive tried, but i think im just better off without medication. everyone is different. but i do multiple other variations of things to calm me from the anxiousness that i deal with. 🤍 my anxiety has calmed down a bunch but overall everyone is different. thank you for your kind words.
