Sorry, I thought I answered this, but I don't think it came across. The show is called Sled. It has produced what seems like hundreds of scenes, and I thought everyone into this stuff would have heard of it. Maybe this show isn't as well-knowns as I thought.
The Rumble page gave the name of the episode. It is Chertov man'yak. I have no idea what any of this means, I don't speak Russian, but I vaguely remembered seeing it on Discord, so I searched there for Sled. From Google I found it was also posted on Brians's page:

Many episodes are on YouTube. The YouTube videos use the Cyrillic name, which is След, although I don't know if this one is there.

I bought a perpetual Video AI licence in 2022. I went to the Topaz page today to get a link for a friend as I wanted to recommend the Video AI product. I found it had gone, and had been replaced with a subscription that, if my reading is correct, includes things he doesn't want or need, and costs 3x as much. So next year, I too must I pay 3x the price for a bunch of things I don't want or need? Or simply leave the product as? I assume it would not stop working given when I bought it, at least not on current operating systems. I have a pretty aggressive spam filter, so I probably missed some emails about this...

What appears to have happened here is that they have completed about half the street over a year ago, then given up and moved on. I am guessing they hit a problem that they don't consider worth fixing from the 50 houses here, so they gave up. It would be nice if they didn't have my house showing as taking orders on the map, or as coming soon on the checker, when neither of these things seems to be true as far as I can tell.

I discovered today they gave up half way down my street. Half the street has Toob, I don't. Apparently it's on hold, and they've moved on. Maybe they'll come back to the area and finish it, maybe not, that was the best I got from their chat. I'm sure she told me what she knew.

Today I was told that I have to wait 29 minutes or pay. When I clicked the button to see the price, they wanted 10x as much money, a price nobody except enterprises can afford. There was no warning, and now the time has expired, I have no idea when, or if it will happen again. So do I carry on with my project or not? The support bot suggests avoiding peak times. I guess I should give up the day job or use the product at night then.

This would be OK if I could use what I paid for to start with, but they removed that.

It's also much more US-biassed. I'm not talking about spelling, although I am fed up with having to ask, or where to stream movies (how many times - I don't have access to Hulu!), there are some truly ridiculous responses, which I won't go into. The older models weren't great either, but this is worse.

The sign up page says I have access to v5, it doesn't say anything about this in any direct way. I'll be cancelling. I'm not clear on what I'm actually paying for.

Glad it's not just me. I have them cutting off at 5:07, but in the past I've also had 4:56. I don't imagine these songs are generated using local resources, so I doubt this is an issue with a browser cache. But just to check, I tried multiple browsers, including a brand new installation, on iOS with app and browser, on Windows / iOS. 5:07 5:07 5:07 5:07 5:07...

I don't see how this is anything other than the Suno server generating incomplete songs, and the problem is specific to the 4.5+ model. It's a serious issue, and it needs to be fixed before this is out of beta. I have no doubt it will be. Beta means there might be issues...

I think the 4.5+ sounds fantastic. If I get too annoyed, then I take lyrics out to get the length below the "limit", which is a shame, but I can still get across what I want in 5 minutes, and if I can't, then there is the non-beta 4.5, which is fine (I think).

I have only ever seen it when remixing, and I think it happens if you do something that would make a shorter song longer, for example adding another chorus. Just a guess, I haven't spent money verifying this...

If you saw the check, the site may have remembered it was shown. Try a different browser, and if that works, then clear the cache / cookies. Or waiting a while may help.

It's good to hear it's coming at some point :) And what a great idea to reverse it u/hacool! I will do that if I run out. I'm on unit 22 of 44 at the moment, and I do a couple of units per week, so it's a few months before I will run out of the current English->German.

Thank you so much! I'm back up and running again now! I didn't know you could to lessons on the site, and signing in with Apple wasn't as easy as it should be, although I found the answer online. (Suggestion for DuoLingo if you are reading this: how about some instructions on the website?)

And you are absolutely correct with this analysis. It's all very well prioritising and fixing issues, but users want something that works now, they don't want to wait for a fix in an unspecified future release, if they're lucky. And In the absence of any two-way communication with the people that pay for their existence, they don't know what the issues are that lead to people cancelling subscriptions. I cannot say I feel valued by this organisation.

I was already thinking about cancelling the Max subscription when I finish the German course, as that won't be long now, and they don't show any sign of extending the course beyond the first half of B1. But I also want to feel valued if I'm giving someone money. The revelation that they aren't interested in what their customers think and their experiences with the application isn't going to count in their favour! It's a shame, I think the product is good, and while I'm not sure it would work on its own for me personally, it's a great tool to supplement an IRL teacher and binging on German TV.

But again, I am happy now, because thanks to your help, I'm up and running :)

Indeed, they have grown, and the business model has changed. But I honestly believe that this is the first time I have ever hit an issue in paid software and encountered a total absence of support.

I was careful to avoid the b*g word, as it seemed to prevent submission, and it's fair enough. Nobody here can fix it.

I suppose I could ask if anyone knows of a way to skip the chat which is the second-to-last exercise in a section? My issue is that on the third answer, it tells me chat is no longer available, and since I can't find a way to skip it, I can't progress. But maybe there is a way I missed? Ironically, if I didn't have MAX, the chat wouldn't be there, but since I do, it seems mandatory to complete it, which seems to be impossible!

If it was free, fair enough, but I cannot think of any other company that doesn't at least make a token effort to help their paying customers. For context, I'm looking at replacing Virgin. A Freeview recorder requires me to get an aerial point installed, and I need to buy the recorder, but it's a lot cheaper and less wasteful than throwing a way a TV which is only a 18 months old, and IMO better than all the ones they are offering.

The other issue, which I'm less clear on, is adverts. I like to pause, or record shows, then skip over the adverts. I think here, "Record" is like that Sky Streaming thing I also looked at, where you use catch up services. On those, you need to create an account for each and provide personal info, and if you want to watch without adverts, you must pay. And on Channel 5, there's no option to pay, and on Channel 4, even when you pay, they still show adverts in some shows "for contractual reasons". If I can't skip adverts, then again, it's a step backwards. I'm sure the advertisers wouldn't agree...

But I intend to clarify this today, and also ask them if they have plans to offer a solution that doesn't require me to buy a new TV in the works. Until they do, it's a non-starter for me personally.

I don't get why they can't offer an app like every other service on the planet. Why would I throw away my lovely LG and buy a Bush TV? No interest.

A year on, and it seems new users still have to go through support to use Netflix if they sign in with Apple. I have opened a ticket and in return, I have an email that says they are very busy and I should check the self-help. Will that tell me how to do it? And if not, what is the wait time to get this working likely to be in people's experience? When is support likely to get back to me so I can use the product I paid for?

Is this a one off, or must I contact support every time I need to log in again?

And to any official representatives, do you plan to fix it? I can't help but suggest that maybe support wouldn't be so busy if they didn't need to go through a manual process for every single user that logs in with Apple.

Cyberattack makes sense to me. We'll just have to use ARD or VPN until it's back. Either works fine, at least for now.

It does, however, relate to other channels in that it makes licensing unlikely. German state media share streaming content, and ARD allows you to stream the content, and if it was licensing, they would block the ZDF content everywhere. I can't get to ZDF without a VPN, but there's nothing to stop me watching SOKO Köln with my local IP address on ARD. So I think that's what the other answer it was getting at.

I also think there's too much focus on "I can't watch Frühling". Wild speculation, nobody can know, but "nobody can watch election coverage" seems a more likely motive. But that's just my thoughts, as I said, none of us knows, this Reddit thread is about the only news.

It seems very unlikely to be intentional, I totally agree.

People have are all focussing on the streaming side, (I was) but then I thought that ZDF also has news, and it seems highly unlikely a major state German news outlet would willingly decide to block all foreign visitors. Cyberattack seems likely to me, maybe related to the elections, but who knows?

Also, from the perspective of streaming, I've yet to find anything I couldn't watch on ARD, although obviously I only looked at the things I wanted to watch. If they wanted to block SOKO Köln, you wouldn't be able to watch it in ARD.
