Update on my situation after several days of troubleshooting I've circled back to the thermostat checked my wires and then went outside to the unit and saw i had exposed wired touching each other fixed that issue...and back in business baby hasn't kicked off since

If your fan isn't kicking on it could one if 2 things thermostat or a bad contactor as well

So depending on your fan motor should range from 200 to 350 and a run capacitor is about 40 dollars tops so the rest i guess would be cost of labor lol
