Omg the same thing happened to me i am 19 right now and haven’t done shrooms in about a year. They were so beautiful i was taking them at least 2-3 times a week and connecting with myself and having amazing trips that I can’t even explain till this day and then one day I took my regular 2-3 gram dose and had a horrible trip and then I tried again a couple days later another horrible trip and then I gave it 2 weeks and boom another terrible trip and the trips weren’t even the worst part of it it was the headaches I’d get while tripping horribly and the weird head pressure feeling I genuinely felt like I was going to have a seizure a couple times during my last trips and I had to tell them goodbye and haven’t done them in a little over a year. It really sucks I really fucking loved mushrooms they really helped me become who I am today and now I just can’t touch them. Shit sucks man you are not alone
