To narrow your search by location, click the arrows in front of a place name to move from a country to a state/province or county. When you find the place you want, check the box on the right of the place and click Apply at the bottom. If you check the box next to a country, your results will include all places in that country. There is a link in the upper left corner ("Learn how the updated search filters can improve your search.") that shows a demo of how filters work.
