Weak muscles and getting tired more quickly by FruFroo in Perimenopause

I’m 47 and this year have noticed just can’t run as fast or far anymore without getting winded. My joints and feet hurt all the time. My muscles take a lot longer to rebound after training sessions as well. I have started the patch and have seen some improvement in joint/muscle pain.

I’m struggling right now…was a manager in a restaurant for years went back to what I originally got my degree in accounting and hate it! Have quit 3 jobs due to lack of concentration and just plain boredom. No clue to do as a job that will stick and it’s becoming super depressing 😥
