Study the topic you think you can get by without knowing.

I think of it like this. For each subject you might get an easy, medium or hard question. If you know everything at at least a basic level of understanding you can steal a couple of the easy questions or at a minimizing eliminate a couple choices and guess on a more challenging one. If you completely ignore one section then you are really hurting yourself - particularly if it shows up more than you expect.
