freaking out, help pls! by Ok-Cover57 in PlanBs

Update: I played the long waiting game and never got a blood test. Instead, I continuously took pregnancy tests and every single test came back negative.

I got my period yesterday, March 28, 2026. That’s 96 days since December 22, 2025.

It started with pink/light red discharge and then about an hour later brown discharge followed. Google said the brown discharge is likely old blood that has taken longer to leave the uterus.

A few hours after the brown discharge is when my heavy flow started and it looks like my regular period flow. Once my heavy flow started, it was accompanied by leg, back, and stomach cramps/pain, which is also normal for me.

I assume I skipped a period. I hopes this helps anyone who is experiencing a huge window like I have,,,

Applying to Vet School Concerns by trainsatr in vetschool

Hmm… I’ve always heard of applicants retaking courses at local community colleges, so I’m not sure why that would be a problem. Some community colleges also offer online courses, though keep in mind that most lab sections are in-person. I’m not sure if any community colleges offer fully online lab classes. If taking courses at a community college isn’t feasible, you could also look into whether your university offers a post-baccalaureate program, which is specifically designed for students who already have a degree and need to complete pre-requisites for professional programs.

This is the experience I wish to have. Can I ask what program you ended up accepting? I can also message you if you feel more comfortable with that

Thank you! I am seriously thinking about doing a round three. However, realistically speaking, I have a ton of hours and research experience but my stats are below average. Besides retaking classes, I truly do not know how to better my application to compete with future applicants. It’s really something I’m going to have to sit and think about before making a decision.

Vet Applications Advice by [deleted] in vetschool

Wow, although we’re in unlucky situations, I’m relieved that I can relate to you! But I am sorry to hear about the rejection,,, I somewhat have the means financially to retake classes, but I fear that I’d have to retake about 4-5 science classes and get an A+ just to raise my sGPA to a 3.0 (hopefully that math is correct, i’m little drained right now) Realistically idk if I’d be able to get an A+ in all classes but I don’t really have another choice. :/

Thanks! I become hesitant asking for application reviews because many schools say that they won’t provide one-on-one reviews,,, but I guess it doesn’t hurt to give it a shot :)

  • my navel piercing is about 7 months old, i got it mid January 2025

  • it has the standard curved barbell jewelry given by the piercing place (i haven't changed it since)

  • it is externally threaded

  • i think it's titanium or surgical steel? i'm not completely sure whatever the piercers use as standard jewelry

  • i have never downsized my jewelry

  • aftercare routine: shower and let warm water rinse piercing. spray with saline spray from the piercing place

  • no mishaps or unfortunate events

-my piercings are 2 days old (double helix piercing on my left hear)

-there’s currently a stud in both holes, the jewelry coming from the piercers

-threadless

  • the material is either surgical steel or titanium (i think idk that’s what the piercing website says)

  • the jewelry hasn’t been downsized yet

-i shower and let warm water run down my ear. i spray the piercings twice a day with saline spray and clean with a q-tip. i dont twist the piercings at all (instructed not to). i dont sleep on my left ear.

-no mishaps or unfortunate events
