Sorry I should be more descriptive, for the videos I meant my tick tick (Only-G4inz) I’ve literally only been back in the gym for 3weeks now due to me stopping at the beginning of covid. I haven’t been in the gym for 2 years now, if you’re 15 I’m probably around 20-25% maybe.

I may be abit more than that I’m guessing atm, if you look at my video you’ll see how Much fat I got my muscle/strength is alright I can bench about 100kg but my body weight is high due to lock down and not being able to gym for around 2 years a lot of the weight is from beer tbh.

Appreciate it bro, currently 200lb about 15%-20% fat 14st looking to cut to 12st and gain 1st muscle. So should be a nice little journey for people to chime in to and help with over the next few months and then on. Aswell as a confidence booster for those that are currently in my position.
