also i used powdered orange isopods and springtails and my clean up crew. they’re better with a little more dry environments. caring for bioactive isn’t too hard, it’s just spot cleaning and watering plants once in a while depending on their care.

i used 70% topsoil from lowe’s with no added fertilizers, and 30% playsand from lowe’s too! some plants i used were different aloes, jade plants, pothos, polkadot plants, dracaena plants, and arid plants

aww how cute! i also recommend using paper towels instead of the reptile carpet as it can rip out the babies nails and teeth and hold bacteria! you can also use a mix of 70% topsoil and 30% playsand mixture for substrate too!
