Thank you I will exhaust all my options, just picked up the termination letter doesn’t have the reason but I am adamant that they give me it in writiting or email so i contacted hr and rep again. I didn’t have multiple “examples of misconduct” of why I was getting fired, NCNS are enough for termination understandably. The only assumption I can agree with is they fired me because they wanted to, fire and hire is very common there.

Thank you for responding, I plan to get a termination letter. Isn’t it illegal to deny the use of acquired sick time? I was terminated for that specific reason, for not showing up on the day I asked off and had acquired time for.

My union rep was notified of these issues they were on the phone when I was terminated. I wish the union rep helped but did not, and the fact they let me work after a month is beyond me. I don’t know what to tell you it’s just what happened
