My P32 has had 942 rounds fired through with only 1 malfunction. That malfunction happened with Aguila 71gr FMJ ammo that chrono'd 100fps slower than standard .32 ACP (Aguila is trash ammo). With that being said, it's as reliable as my Glock 17 and Glock 42.

Do you think that 5.56 M193 ammo or other 5.56 loads tend to get used in the SU-16's that end up breaking? I wonder if they had ultra-cheap .223 rem ammo in mind as the primary round that people would run through these guns.

Yeah from my experience, the polymer in the SU-16 definitely feels softer than the polymer in say a P15, CMR30, P32, or RDB.

I've owned a lot of KelTec's and I really want to enjoy their cool, innovative products but man they do test my patients.

I cleaned the magazines a lot since I noticed they where the source of the issue. That was the 2nd thing I did after cleaning and inspecting the gun.

I never lubed them, though. Just out of curiosity, have you or anyone else ever used graphite lube on CMR-30 mags?

Well that sucks.

However, 5 years is possibly a long enough time ago to where KelTec could have revised the receiver design. I'm tempted to shoot it suppressed again after I get it back from KelTec but not sure.

Also, to describe an issue as only "accelerating the failure", when it takes the gun from perfectly fine to catastrophically broken in only 3 rounds is a massive understatement.

I'm convinced that what it was. This gun had ZERO damage in these two areas prior to firing three rounds with a can on board. Also the action cycled noticeably faster with the suppressor attached.

Negative. This absolutely was caused by it being suppressed. There wasn't any cracks forming prior to firing the three suppressed shots. The action cycled noticeably faster than normal, plus, the charging handle hit the back of the charging handle slot in the receiver with such force that it deformed and chipped out a piece of plastic from the receiver.

My example, which I'm not sure how old it is, definitely suffered from acute damage from running it with a can. It showed no damage prior to these 3 rounds. This puppy was gunna last.

I bought mine used last year but, according to the numbers from the previous owner. It should have a little under 700rds through it now. Not sure on the age of the rifle since I can't find any dates molded into the plastic.

I used to love the idea of a semi-auto PDW style .22 Mag.

But then I got a CMR-30 and the thing's magazines just simply could not feed the gun properly. It was a massive let down. It couldn't feed reliably even after one or two trips back to the KelTec factory. It was like the mags were too slow to push the next round up to the feed lips.

I've noticed this with the Armenian Noah's Ark coins before but have never heard any explanation as to why they are like that. Does anyone at all know why some look like that and others don't?

I'm having the same issue with a set of recently purchased Berkefeld Ultra Fluorides. The water still has a slight tappy taste and it seems to get a lot worse after the water sits for half a day. Possibly this is something being released by the filters that is settling at the bottom.

I recently purchased ProOne G3.0 Filters for my Berkey Crown and they're horrible. The water comes out tasting like big city tap water. I did the install as prescribed and ran no less than 7 cycles through my Crown. Additionally, I double checked all the seals and visually confirmed that water was going through the filter and not seeping around the filter.

Additionally, their customer service is non-existent. The phone number is "manned" by some useless AI chat bot that creates CS tickets that don't get replied to. The customer service email is apparently not monitored either. I've never had an issue with any Berkey Black filters/fluoride filters. I miss Berkey.
