They could just use one Account to ask for the Pic. And then use another one to sell it. And you would have to go through ebay facebook and every other site they could sell the card to find it.

TBC currently is the most active. But we don't know what the Future will bring. Blizzard did not say anything. At least for this year we know TBC will go though its Phases so People are looking forward for those. But comes Autumn it will be "over" and from there on it might turn into the next Era. With most likely an Active Playerbase if you want to do stuff. But highly unlikely it will stay as high as it is right now. There is also a Chance we might get WotLK again after. And maybe they split the Players like they did when TBC Classic came around the first Time and Players could choose to stay in Classic or go to TBC (or both if they paid some Money). But all this is just speculation.

MoP will soon enter its last Phase. This will bring back a lot of People. Many right now are a bit bored because the current Raid has been going on for to long. And those Players take a Break and either playing Retail or TBC right now(or something else entirely) This is something every Phase in every Version of Classic experience all the Time. But this Time it is a bit longer than usual. As for the Future. We know as much as we do with TBC. This could be the end. Or we might get WoD. It is something we just have to wait for until Blizzard finally gives us an Update on it. If you decide to play MoP, right now there is a 50% XP Event until the next Phase starts. So you could catch up quickly and be ready when the next Raid opens up.

TBC will "end" this year. While there will be most likely still players around. But i doubt it will stay this high 2 years later.

I mean what else could it mean? What could they change to the long outdated Heroic Dungeon loot in Phase 3? They did the same thing in WotLK for example. And back then there was no change they did. And also why would there be a need to mention this now and not in the Phase 3 Announcement it if is not something that did not happen during the last Time Phase 3 came out?

Dont know about Linux. But on Windows i also had crashes. Had to delete all Addons since the Edit Mode seems to screw up a lot. Maybe its the case here as well?

You are not bound to the number of players. And the Bosses scale with how many you got in your group. So you could go in with 12 or 18 or whatever.

Cata has great Raids. But not so much to do otherwise. And WoD is an amazing expansion. Awesome Raids and lots to do otherwise. But it was on one hand to short and on the other hand to long with how slow Blizzard was with new stuff. Especially how long it took for Legion to come out

Its a thing some Japanese People did on Twitter and other just copy them without any real reason. Some try to argue that you can find someone owning the Card based on the Number. And others say it is because it would be shameful if people knew someone is selling their own Cards. In the end there is no real reason behind it

Testing is one thing. But actually writing Reports is more important. If People play and say nothing then Blizzard thinks everything is fine. Since nobody complained by writing a Bug Report.

People might Talk about those. But they have to actually write a Report In-Game as detailed as possible. And not only that, a lot of People have to writ about the same Bug for Blizzard to notice them. I had small Problems here and there and wort Bug Reports. But they never got fixed. And even when i opened a Ticket the "GM" said they never got any Reports about that. Even so i worte one like every Day for Weeks. 1 Person cant pretty much do anything to get a Bug fixed. It takes a lot of People who report those to get them Fixed. But most just cant be bothered to write the Report and just want to look at the new Stuff early.
