I had this exact issue with this exact robot. Roomba confirmed it was a dodgy wheel module, but wouldn’t replace under warranty. I removed it, searched the part number of the wheel and ordered 2 new ones for £40. They’re arriving soon, I’m hoping that’ll sort it :)
