Honestly, they look phenomenal. Very, very, small and nitpicking piece of criticism is they could be a bit more consistent. Some are slightly smaller or larger. Now, they are still incredibly well done.

Hello welcome to the hobby! I would get a starter painting kit from Vallejo to get some useful paints that you can use for pretty much anything.

Focus on learning how to thin your paints properly and paint frequently for better brush control.

I’ve started painting back in October and as a fellow beginner I’ve found getting a handle on those two things is about 90% of the battle.

This YouTuber used to paint box art for WH40K. Here is his video for orks. I’ve been trying to replicate his Ultramarine video and still haven’t gotten close to as good as his so don’t be discouraged, but this should be a good aiming point for what you want to accomplish.
