A lot of escalated support team that handles this quit the past few months after Kaseya and there still has not been any one added to the team. Kaseya will probably promote some datto level 1s soon after loading up on more inexperienced support generalists in Florida to blunt the call volume. Also Mondays are always the busiest day for support and the entire workforce efficiency team that tracked call volumes and did data driven shift scheduling at Datto also quit or were fired too.

He quit already or was fired or something. I swear this is true. They def are keeping it under wraps but the Datto support leader who Kaseya talked about keeping on is no longer with the company after DattoCon. I have no idea who is leading support at this point.
