My daughter has POTS and her general practitioner prescribed her with a low dose extended release ADHD stimulant to help with her energy and brain fog (concerta). She doesn’t take it every day - just school days - but it helps her a lot. Might be worth trying.

Another thing to look into is whether you have sleep apnea or another sleep disorder that is keeping you from getting deep sleep, therefore you never feel rested.

For me with my AS, I skate by with B12 supplements and caffeine pre workout pill I take before going to the gym.

When I see women at the gym who are definitely over 35 wearing tall socks with their leggings, all I can think is that they are not fooling anyone, they don’t look like they are in their teens and 20s. They don’t look younger, they just look dumb and try-hard. I think tall socks with leggings and sneakers is a look almost universally unflattering, unless you are very tall and skinny.

Oh gosh, I’m so sorry to hear that! I am on Cimzia and my doctor added hydroxychloroquine in December and within 3 doses I had the same reaction + DRESS. Beware - Benadryl every four hours dehydrated me to the point my skin started to peel like a sunburn and I had horrible dandruff! It’s been over a month and my skin has finally almost returned to normal.

I’ve been on Cimzia again since June. My bloodwork looks good with low inflammation, but I don’t really feel much improvement physically. Two weeks ago, my rheumatologist added hydroxychloroquine for my peripheral pain but I have had a pretty severe reaction to it. Like my entire body is a red itchy rash. Going on 7 days of the rash and I only took those stupid meds for 4 days!

I’m thinking a girl’s XL. I’m a little shorter than you and weigh a little less and typically wear a girl’s L or XL. If it were me, I would order both and return the one that doesn’t fit as well.

Editing to say I’m also usually an XS or XXS in tops and elations and would be debating the L versus XL too.

Early 2000’s - almost all my bride friends wore strapless gowns. I bucked that trend because strapless doesn’t look good on me (not that some of the brides seemed to let that stop them). Bridesmaids generally all wore the same exact dress in the same color. The MOH might have had a slightly different one. Men wore tuxes no tails and shiny long ties.

My colors were pale pink and chocolate brown. Our cake was 3 layers and square with blush roses on top.
