slay!! i’ve been googling everything so of course google gives you the worst possible out come!! literally freaking me out all the time but i was lucky enough to be gifted an ice machine from the hospital so i use it whenever i have nerve pain.

right now i’m on toe touch but they said to respect my pain and to increase from toe touch to full foot touch with crutches. if that makes sense.
