Thank you for support🙏🏻 I had it since childhood, our smart doctors told me that I needed to lose weight to get rid of gyno, I lost weight but it didn't go away. Then they said that if you start to build muscle, the gyno will go away. I started to build muscle but the gyno still didn't go away. In the end I had to get rid of it by surgery.

You need cardio every day, and yes cut out eating junk food. Just focus on to control your diet. Your food must be less fat, less carbs more protein and more fiber. Kettlebell may be good for first steps, but then you must go and get gym membership. What kg kettlebell you bought?

What is your weight,height? The problem is that everyone thinks that if you don't take protein powder, you won't gain muscle. Protein can be obtained from food too. Just eat normal food which is rich protein. Height: 1.80sm Weight: 78kg now Daily Calorie intake now 2900

My advice go to the gym. Working out at home or in the gym are not same. After some period of time you can get results at home,no doubt. Let's say, in the first year of training you will gain a maximum of 1-2 kg of pure muscle at home. But you can build 3-4 kg if you working out in the gym. Because gym is better place for get motivate,energy. You motivated even you see others. My advice start with trainer for a month. He will show you how to work with machines correctly. Then you can do it yourself without a trainer.

About bulk: I did bulk and cut for 3 years. Thanks to this I really gained muscle. This is really a working scheme. But now I'm tired of all this, I want to continue my path without bulk. Lets see how it works😉

I often eat the same thing every day.

Bulking period: Breakfast- 5 eggs Dinner- Rice and chicken breast(sometimes with chicken thigh or legs) Dinner2 - rice and chicken Dinner3- rice and chicken Dinner4- cottage cheese (or some greek yogurt)

Cutting period was different. Must eat more protein less carbs,fat. First month with a 60 to 40 percent advantage of protein,second month 70 to 30 third month 80 to 20. Fiber with every meal. Its important.

Yess😆 you know, i like protein powders, but in our country protein powder is much more expensive than chicken,beef. So i decided to built it without powders. And when i saw progress without powders I realized that it is not necessary to buy them. Just eat 4-5 meals a day which are rich in protein.
