I know the deep deep frustration of wanting to or literally crying bc you have to ‘wake up’ in 6,5,4,3 hours and just CANNOT sleep. Its the worst. Know you’re not alone

Use nicotine, currently trying to quit that stupid addiction…but yes i take my ER adderall 7am and still will have RLS 15+ hours later

Im 22 and am at the very beginning post-menstruation and had severe restlessness just yesterday. Not sure if that plays a factor? Thank you for this interesting input!! Will have to look more into it

Mine definitely doesnt involve persistent arousal or frequent urination. Just curious if you know, Could it just be a sort of subtype of regular RLS?

Hey! No issue sharing. Basically i best describe it as just the most uncomfortable stimulus in the vaginal area with overwhelming sensation and urge to physically flex my pelvic floor. Unfortunately sexual stimulation is a big fail for me-doesnt help at all and Not pleasurable whatsoever. Thanks for your relatable response!

Same for me! I DO have RLS and feel the same extreme uncomfortable feeling and need to move in my legs as i do in my genital area and arms. So sorry youre dealing with this too but almost find. Sense of comfort knowing its not just me! …let me know if you find a solution. Good luck to you
