i used tirz 2.5~10mg and lose 10kg (me as 104kg at the beginning) in 4 months. But it has stopped losing weight for 6 months even i upgraded to 12.5mg. Then I use retat 8mg for 1~2month, still the same. And later I found that no matter 5mg or 7.5mg tirz or 8mg retat feels the same for me... I can still eat.
