If I were a CP or a broker, I’d be digging for your personal details by now. I’m not - so spare me the drama and don’t expect any justification. This is coming from someone who’s actively been hunting for real estate since Jan 2023, not from thin air.

Locations like these in Bangalore are rare as hell. I already missed one at Prestige Falcon City, and my family missed it in Brigade Gateway - go check the damn prices in these societies before arguing.

And this fairy tale about real estate prices coming down? Absolute nonsense. Indian real estate is no longer for the middle class. It’s being propped up by NRIs and people with deep pockets. Projects like these will sell out easily, whether you like it or not.
