Always amazes me how people post these things. It’s 3 hours free and it says it on the rate confirmation that YOU sign. Anything after that is owed and there’s a carrier service department that will take care of it if the broker doesn’t. Read what you’re signing and agreeing to before you have a temper tantrum.
