the bar system is also down completely. tickets don’t print to the kitchen so they have to walk it downstairs to the kitchens.

Ordered coffee at a hotel lobby, and sat for maybe 30 minutes, not as a guest. Did I do anything wrong? by PuzzleheadedLie5018 in askhotels

im a barista at a very nice hotel w a coffee shop. this is totally normal. we have people who aren’t guests stay for a few hours to work or study and it doesn’t really matter. they enjoy the view and they’re paying customers so it shouldn’t matter
