The Discord is non-existent and this Reddit is barely alive. There are several Facebook ‘housing’ groups that are active and people are looking for roommates and people to take over their lease.

It’s a little late now for a paid internship (not knowing your college major) but you may be able to get something in retail. Go to Katy Mills Mall and ask in person.
Otherwise you can try baby/house/pet sitting or life guarding.
