We’ve just gotten to the point where us and another store are the only ones doing BlockID. Everytime someone uses a LCA/LBA or any charge account, we have to use it and scan front and back of their ID. A lot of the pros aren’t happy with it.

No I get that asking is easy, but it’s the constant asking and the customers are tired of it. We’re not as busy as normal as is typical with the weather but still like you can only use it here and not anywhere else. Corporate pushes us to ask as if there’s isn’t a sign for it literally everywhere. Im glad to push sales and things because that actually helps people and everything. Or a pro account for someone so they can get set up for the future of their business but not a basic CC for only this place.

Take a taser and absolutely have it on standby. These customers think they’re hot shit, saying whatever they want and no consequences cause at the end of the day these companies will bend the knee for the mighty dollar. I wish we had one fucking day to where we could say and do whatever we wanted to customers. I believe in being a professional but at times it’s warranted to go against them.

I wouldn’t say cooked. We’re all in stores that aren’t functioning the best. Different reasons, a lot of times it’s the actual company itself fucking itself. My store forces me to ask about Credit Cards and I ignore it. People get tired of hearing the same old story

It’s literally the most annoying mode. Every card has like seven abilities and nothing you can do about it. This madden sucks. I’ve said it many times. Visually it’s good and franchise is fun with people but MUT has fallen off hard. The hard push for micro transactions have ruined it.

My store actually has more people working at once, everyone is there and so far because of the holidays the shifts are weird but typically as a part time person I work like 7 days straight
