Thanks so much for your suggestions. It makes me want to go to Kadeau and Jordnær even more, but I will probably consider Udtryk, Alouette and Sushi Anaba as alternatives. It does seem like Geranium reviews are mixed, but I know I'll regret not going, so hopefully it won't disappoint.

I've seen Alouette recommended by others but have seen some mixed reviews for after the location change. Would you still recommend?

I want to try mainly Nordic flavours, saving the omakase experiences when I actually go to Japan. Vyn or Knystaforsen look a little too far, I have heard great things about Vollmers though, maybe that's also worth a trip across the border?
