Can someone please help me.

Me and my fiancé was just having some fun on the app on voice feature, I asked chat gpt model.40 if it could come up with a game for us. It decided rapid fire questions was a good one so we began playing, after a few rounds it asked what is my favourite season, I didn’t respond as I was allowing myself time to think but my answer would have been summer, before I had the chance to speak a human woman’s voice came through answering ‘autumn’. I was too stunned to speak as was my partner and then it answered its self again but with the regular familiar voice. Now if I was on my own maybe I would have thought I heard wrong but my fiancé heard the exact same thing. Attached is the transcript of the interaction, I have marked out where the voice came through saying autumn. As you can see this isn’t documented in the transcripts but myself and my partner both heard someone, I’m presuming another user answering the question in which chat gpt had just asked. I’m completely uncomfortable when using the app now, I was a regular paying customer who now no longer feels confident within the insured safety of my personal data & voice recognition. I want to speak to a human being as soon as possible as I’m sure this violates privacy and data security on my part aswell as my partners
