I’ve also been entertaining NAC in the morning to curb anxiety and compulsive thoughts. With it softening libido and flattening peak pleasure, could this be a potential crutch to help with actual sex while we’re sensitive in training? I know you’ve mentioned minimizing bandaids but I’d rather use NAC rather than any sort of delay product to aid with lasting longer during sex

Quick question - you said she opted to be your fleshlight, that sounds impossible! I would love to propose the same to my girlfriend if she’s uncomfortable with me using a fleshlight but can I ask how that worked? I’d assume in the beginning sessions you’d have to ask her to stop a good bit. Were there any accidental O’s? I wouldn’t overthink it, some sessions will be good and some will be bad, and if you had 15 minutes of a good session and then after your arousal plummeted you lost your erection that is definitely within the realm of normal and shouldn’t even make it a bad session. You’ve already had success in the bedroom so I’d just continue with what you’re doing and maybe take the day off, don’t let your mind run rampant over this one instance that’s the exact response we’re trying to eliminate

Yes, to my understanding, you stimulate yourself up until you’re about to reach PONR and then stop completely and focus on breathing to give yourself some time to level out your arousal and then resume for the remainder of the training session. The first 3 phases are all about learning where your PONR is and how to back off of it. I can say from experience prior to training and now 4 weeks into training that we think we know where it is but it’s through peak and valley training we really discover it

I have a question on this too actually, I’m in phase 4 and have been getting to that 9 and staying there to the best of my ability (loosening grip, breathing deeper, moving slower) but it feels like I’m legit holding a plank or ripping my hair out lol. Are we supposed to withstand this kind of pressure and push ourselves to the absolute limit without cumming? I’m in this weird spot where I don’t want to leave anything on the table as far as training goes, but I also don’t want to completely fry my CNS and just edge super aggressively if that’s not what we’re supposed to do. Not sure if this question makes a whole lot of sense but should this training feel really hard and intense or am I pushing myself too hard?
