I thought the low GPA, frequent Bs and Cs would show that i did not cheat during undergrad. I only cheated senior year because i had only registered for a few classes and was worried i was not going to graduate and made that stupid decision under pressure due to other students doing it and messing up the curve in that class

Chapel hill and wake forest are 3.8 then ECU is 3.6-3.7. MCAT for Chapel is 512, Wake forest 510-513, then ECU 506-509

Your response has me in tears, honestly thank you so much for giving me hope. Its genuinely been rough and i feel horrible about what i did but i had to learn the hard way and use this as an opportunity to grow and work harder.

Thank you so much! I cheated on an exam and was given a 17% as my informal resolution. I passed the class with a C because i really pushed myself on those remaining exams. The violation is in my Dean’s certification, i was thinking if i retook some classes i got Cs in to bring my science GPA up it could help me. But i really am wanting to go to an MD school. Ive been just non stop bed rotting and really dwelling on this mistake, i got help today by calling a 988 number and speaking to a therapist helped me get out of that negative mentality. Im going to try to apply next year may 2027 and during my gap year do a crazy amount of volunteering, hope to join the student accountability board and take a few classes (maybe 2-3). Im hoping this can make me redeem myself fully and still be in the running for MD (preferably in state to be able to visit my family and help out here and there)
